The 2,500 kVA transformer is installed and operational, serving 2.45 MW of contracted capacity now. No permitting runway required to occupy.

Planned for growth

A second, 3,750 kVA transformer is planned but not yet on site. Procurement and installation are part of the step-up to 6 MW.

Natural gas generation at N+1 redundancy is specified and sized for the full 6 MW target, but not yet installed — buildout scope, not standing infrastructure.
